Abstracts
Oral presentation and poster presentation Information
The reviewers have completed the reviewing process and have identified abstracts for oral and poster presentation. All authors who have submitted abstracts have been notified of the outcome of the review of their abstract.
The organisers received a large number of excellent submissions however, not all of these submissions could be selected for oral presentation. Those authors whose abstracts the review committee would like to include in the congress (however could not accommodate in the oral presentation sessions), have been offered the opportunity to present their poster at the congress. Please note that if you indicated you only wanted your abstract to be considered for oral and not for poster presentation, you may still have been made an offer to have your abstract expanded into a poster for presentation at the congress. Posters will be exhibited for the duration of the congress. Poster authors are required to present their posters during tea breaks to people requesting explanation / further discussion.
Please note that all authors whose abstracts have been accepted for oral presentation are required to submit a 5000 word full written paper. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for poster presentation are encouraged to submit a 5000 word full written paper, however this is not compulsory.
There will be no reduction in the registration fee for authors whose abstracts have been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
